Returns & Refunds Policy
If you order the wrong oven or cooker element by mistake, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The part must be unused, unfitted and in its original packaging.
All labels and markings must still be attached and readable.
You must include your order number and contact details in the parcel.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage, and original postage charges are non‑refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
