Returns & Refunds Policy

If you order the wrong oven or cooker element by mistake, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The part must be unused, unfitted and in its original packaging.

• All labels and markings must still be attached and readable.

• You must include your order number and contact details in the parcel.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage, and original postage charges are non‑refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

• Approve a refund for the product price only if it meets the above conditions.

• Refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear.

Non‑returnable itemsWe cannot accept returns for:

• Parts that have been fitted, used, damaged or modified.

• Items returned without packaging or with missing labels.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the part and packaging

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the product price. Postage refunds for faulty items are considered case by case.
